Price list

All prices inc. VAT tax of 17%. Tourists that holds valid tourist visa (B2) will not pay the tax!

Mid-week price list in the cabins

Sunday to Wednesday nights

  • Lodge per night  750 NIS (641 NIS Exc. tax)

  • Sternberia per night  800 NIS. (684 NIS Exc. tax)

  • Family cabin for 4 people per night  1160 NIS         (991 NIS Exc. tax)

Weekend price list and holidays  

During weekend & holiday - 2 nights minimum booking for all cabins.

Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights

  • Lodge per night 850 NIS. (726 NIS Exc. tax)

  • Sternbergia cabin per night 950 NIS. (811 NIS Exc. tax)

  • Family cabin for  4 people - per night - 1,360 NIS  (1,162 NIS Exc. tax)

Additional charge for an extra person in a cabin-

130 NIS per night (110 NIS Exc. tax).
In every cabin except the Sternbergia cabin you can add an extra person & one baby cot (baby cot with no charge inc. towel & linen)

Prices on our site include a VAT tax of 17%.

If you arrive as tourists to Israel and will bring your passport & tourist visa we will deduct the tax upon check out. 

In the booking process- NO payment or deposit will be made from the credit card.

Booking confirmation will be sent in the next business day.  

We do not take Amex or Diners cards!  

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations:

In order to cancel your booking Please send us a written request either to our email- info@bokerfarm.com  or by WhatsApp message-  +972-52-6822930

Please make sure you get an approval for the cancellation.

Cancellation and booking conditions of one accommodation unit

  • Cancellation notice up to 7 days from the date of vacation will not be charged. In any other case the guest will be charged the full price of accommodation.

  • In case of notice of change of date up to 7 days from the date of arrival the guest will be charged in advance for 50% of the total accommodation.

  • Cancellation notice for tent and khan - up to 14 days from the date of arrival will not be charged. In any other case the guest will be charged the full price of the accommodation according to the minimum price per night.

Cancellation policy for booking two or more accommodation units

  • Cancellation notice up to 14 days from the date of arrival will not be charged. In any other case the guest will be charged the full amount of the accommodation.

  • Check in from 15.00pm, check out until 12.00pm. Saturday check in from 16.00pm. 

  • Check in until 20.30pm.

  • Prices are in NIS and including VAT tax. tourists that will show upon payment a foriegn passport & valid tourist visa will be charged the room price excluded VAT tax. 

  • Smoking inside the cabins/Khan/Tent is forbidden. (it is possible to smoke outside) any case of smoking inside the cabins/Khan/tent will be charged extra for special cleaning. 

  • It is forbidden to bring any pets to the farm. 

  • Playing music from any sound systems is forbidden in any time of the day or night in the farm!
